1. Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

bc35 services are strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. bc35 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be void, and any Real Money Balance will be returned to the deposit source pending verification.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

bc35 is operated for and primarily targeted at players based in Bangladesh. Players accessing bc35 from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with applicable local laws. bc35 does not represent that its services are legal in all jurisdictions. Access from a Prohibited Territory does not create any obligation on bc35 to process withdrawals or honour winnings.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may maintain only one registered Account on bc35. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, household, payment method, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent ban from the Platform. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, contact support immediately.

2.4 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration and keep this information up to date throughout the lifetime of your Account. bc35 accepts no liability for losses resulting from inaccurate registration details, including but not limited to incorrect payment method information that causes a withdrawal to be directed to an unintended recipient.

• Full legal name — must match your government-issued photo identification document.
• Date of birth — must be truthfully stated and verifiable via KYC documentation.
• Email address — must be a valid, actively monitored address that you own and control.
• Mobile number — the number associated with your bKash, Nagad, or other registered payment account.
• Residential address — your current permanent address within Bangladesh.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. bc35 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must notify bc35 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account by contacting [email protected]. bc35 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access that results from your failure to adequately secure your login credentials.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

bc35 may, at its sole discretion, request documentary verification of your identity, address, age, and payment methods at any point during your use of the Platform. This process — commonly referred to as KYC — is a standard requirement in the online gaming industry and is carried out to protect Players and prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. Verification documents commonly requested include a government-issued national identity card or passport, a utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months, and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 14 calendar days of the request being issued may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until the documents are received and reviewed. bc35 will not process withdrawal requests for accounts that have outstanding KYC requirements.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting the bc35 support team. Upon account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account (subject to completed KYC verification) will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus Balances and any winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

3.4 bc35's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

bc35 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if there are reasonable grounds to believe that: the Account holder has violated any provision of these Terms; the Account is being used for fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity; the Account holder has provided false registration information; or the continued operation of the Account presents a reputational, legal, or financial risk to bc35.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bc35 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and selected Visa and Mastercard instruments. 4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Standard maximum single withdrawal: ৳500,000 per transaction (higher limits available for verified VIP accounts on request).
• Daily withdrawal limit: ৳1,000,000 for standard verified accounts.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

bc35 aims to process all withdrawal requests within the following timeframes under normal operating conditions: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes; Rocket and Upay withdrawals within 15 to 60 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals within 1 to 3 business days. These timeframes are targets and not contractual guarantees. Processing may take longer during periods of high demand, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

4.4 Same-Method Withdrawal Policy

In order to prevent money laundering and comply with financial security best practices, bc35 operates a same-method withdrawal policy. This means that withdrawals will, where operationally possible, be returned to the same payment account from which the corresponding deposit was made. If the original deposit method is no longer available, bc35's payments team will work with you to identify a suitable alternative subject to verification.

4.5 Deposits Must Be Player-Owned Funds

All funds deposited into your bc35 Account must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name and which you have full legal authority to operate. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or accepting deposits from third parties into your Account, is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives offered by bc35 are subject to specific terms that will be displayed alongside each individual promotion. These Terms constitute the baseline framework applying to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits and winnings derived from free spins are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus; failure to do so will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited automatically.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

6.4 Malfunction Policy

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bc35 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Accessing bc35 services on behalf of or for the benefit of another person who is self-excluded or otherwise prohibited from using the Platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on bc35.io — including but not limited to the bc35 brand name and logo, website design and layout, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, data feeds, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bc35 International or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law. No content from bc35.io may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, or distributed in any way without the prior written consent of bc35.

Game content displayed on bc35 — including game graphics, soundtracks, and mechanics — remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) and is used by bc35 under licence. 11. Privacy & Data

bc35 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bc35 uses 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages and transactions to protect your personal and financial information in transit.

bc35 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own commercial marketing purposes. 12. Amendments to These Terms

bc35 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will specify the date on which they take effect. Continued use of bc35 services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from or related to your use of bc35 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which bc35 International is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and bc35, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. The majority of disputes can be resolved quickly and informally through direct communication. If you are not satisfied with the outcome reached through direct contact, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal complaint in writing to [email protected]. bc35 will acknowledge formal complaints within 5 business days and endeavour to provide a full written response within 28 calendar days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the above process, the parties agree to attempt resolution through a mutually agreed mediation service before initiating any formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
